North American Australian Kelpie Registry, Inc. is a mouthful, so we abbreviate the business as NAAKR, Inc. When we incorporated in April 1991, the main reason was to register Australian Working Kelpies in North America. However, we like to think of ourselves as an "eclectic" company. Therefore keeping our options open to whatever endeavors we choose. Welcome to our newest endeavor. Leslie has had an on-the-job background in advertising design and layout on and off for 30 years. Encouraged and taught by Gary Kurtz, DC of Lighthouse Web Designs and Global Web Systems of Nevada, Missouri how to put together and maintain sites for the Kelpie Registry, Options for Animals and the American Veterinary Chiropractic Association, the bug bit! We offer site development for individuals, businesses, families, hobbies and you name it. We are excited about the many opportunities available to everyone on the internet. What a great word - internet. As the years have come and gone and life's focuses have changed, we have been amazed at how very connected the world is. The internet makes it even smaller.
